The Theben 4969222 TA 2 S KNX combines a two-way binary input with an output. The interface links standard switches and push buttons to a KNX home automation network.

Technical Specs

  • Flexible Logic Allocation: Inputs can be assigned freely to system functions. Including switching, dimming, blind or shutter control, value transmission, and the launch of automated scenes and sequences.
  • LED Control and Feedback: The channels can switch from inputs to outputs, allowing the interface's 3 mA output current to power low-current. Has  standard indicator LEDs within the wall switch. It supports configurable flashing or pulsing behaviors.
  • Simplified Wiring: The device features color-coded wire pairs to prevent connection mistakes during installation behind the physical hardware.
  • Physical Design: The housing side has dedicated grooves that hold mechanical switch and push-button clamps securely inside the flush-mounted device socket.
